Xiaofang "Hannah" Ingram is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with nearly a decade of experience in psychiatric care. She joined Blacksburg Psychiatry to provide comprehensive mental health evaluation, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan.

Taryn Kenney is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in psychiatric care. With more than a decade and half of clinical experience — including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, emergency psychiatric evaluation, and long-term outpatient care — Taryn brings a calm, steady, and evidence-based approach to even the most complex mental health presentations. At Blacksburg Psychiatry, Taryn works alongside Dr. J. Todd Holland to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, and medication management. She treats a wide range of conditions, including:
Taryn works with adults and adolescents ages 10 and older, offering both in-person visits at our Blacksburg office and secure telehealth appointments across Virginia. Her multidisciplinary background — which also includes clinical training in pain management and integrative medicine — informs her whole-person approach to psychiatric care, particularly for patients whose mental health concerns intersect with chronic medical conditions.
Originally from Crab Orchard, West Virginia, Taryn earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Charleston in 2011 and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
