Insurance and Payment

We are in-network with most major private insurance carriers. At this time, we are unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid due to limitations with third-party billing systems. We do accept self-pay and are happy to discuss options.

Referrals

Referrals from a primary care physician or therapist are not required. You are welcome to book directly with our office.
